Why are these two mesh being beveled differently?

I have these two custom mesh which both have a solidify and a bevel modifier added.
However one is being beveled differently to the other, I can’t tell why?

I have copied the modifiers from one to the other, so the settings are exactly the same.
I have applied scale.
I have merged all vertices by distance.
No manual loop cuts were done.

Have you checked the scale of this object?

Yes, scale has been applied

Can you post the .blend?

UPDATE.

I have removed the the modifiers, realised I needed to flip normals on one, them joined them and reapplied the mods and they are matching now.
